Centralized Showing Service is a firm whose function is to schedule appointments made by Realtors on behalf of their clients.  Nationally, Centralized Showing Services schedules over 10 million showings per year and has over 60,000 Realtor members. 

AS YOUR BUYER’S AGENT, I will coordinate the time you have available to see properties with that of the Sellers of the homes you are interested in touring.  My goal is to schedule a large enough window of time to get us between appointments, with plenty of time for you to fully explore the home’s amenities.  There may be times when a Seller rejects our appointment due to illness or other matter.  This cannot be helped and I will try to schedule another opportunity to accomplish our tour.  As a courtesy to the Seller, if the home drops from your Wish List prior to the appointment, or if you find that the time originally allotted to view the home is no longer feasible, please let me know as soon as possible so that I can cancel our showing.
