What is a Seller’s Agent?
From preparations before the initial appointment to handing over the keys at the closing table, the Seller’s Agent wears many hats, but ultimately works in the best interest ONLY of the Seller. You may come across an agent who will work both sides of the table and as long as the agent has the permission of both parties they can, however I prefer not to. I personally believe each party needs their own representation so while working with you, I may bring a buyer to look at your home, but will then refer them to another agent if they express an interest in moving forward to purchase it. Any information you share with me is completely confidential and will not be shared with the Buyer or Buyer’s Agent unless authorized by you.
